The site is located on the north side of Bugsby’s Way, opposite Greenwich Shopping Park and an ASDA foodstore. The site originally comprised a standalone retail warehouse (previously occupied by Matalan) and the Brocklebank Industrial Estate, both of which have now been demolished. The Group has planning consent for the redevelopment of the site into an Open A1 retail park which will be amalgamated with the existing Wickes unit. The property is currently under construction with practical completion scheduled for Autumn 2016. Pre-lets have been exchanged with Next, Primark, Mothercare and Aldi.
